About

Why Pearl?

Women’s health is a beautiful, complicated picture. Fertility is a design to be wondered at. Our name is inspired by this precious power hidden in every woman.

At Pearl Health, we want to help you discover that power -  not by forcing your body to ‘work’, but to listen to your cycles and work with your biology. Dr. Ashley Womack started Pearl to combine this balanced, ethical approach to fertility care with sophisticated medical technology and minimally-invasive surgery.

Dr. Ashley Womack
Board-Certified OBGYN Physician, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon

Dr. Womack is a proud Texas native. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas where she attended St. Mark's Catholic School and Ursuline Academy. Afterwards, she ventured to the University of Southern California. Los Angeles is also where she learned about and fell in love with her Catholic faith.

Returning to her old stomping grounds, Dr. Womack attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. During medical school, she trained to be a NaProTechnology Medical Consultant after an intensive course through the St. Paul VI Institute in Omaha, Nebraska.  She then completed her 4-year Obstetrics & Gynecology (ObGyn) residency at the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Womack trained in complex minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) by completing a 2-year fellowship at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. This fellowship gave her subspecialized training in treating advanced gynecologic diseases using advanced robotic tools such as the Da Vinci Robotic Surgical Systems. She gained extra skills in minimally invasive surgeries including restorative reproductive surgeries that treat endometriosis, fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, cervical insufficiency, infertility, and more.

Dr. Womack is honored and blessed to accompany patients and families on their unique journeys - be it one of infertility, pregnancy, pelvic pain, or complex gynecology– to bring them to optimal health.

When not in the hospital, you can find Dr. Womack hiking, scrapbooking, painting, or gardening. Above all, Dr. Womack enjoys quality time at home with her amazing husband Ryan and their children.

She cannot wait to help you!

Dr. Holly Cheung
Board-Certified OBGYN Physician

Dr. Holly Cheung cares deeply about walking alongside women and couples as they prepare for and grow their families. She believes fertility is best supported by working with the body’s natural design and uncovering the root causes of health concerns.

Before joining Pearl Health, Surgery, & Fertility, Dr. Cheung cared for women and their children in a busy North Dallas OBGYN practice, guiding them through both routine care and high-risk pregnancies. She is now pursuing advanced training in NaProTechnology and FEMM methods. She offers preconception counseling, evaluation and treatment of infertility, cycle tracking education, and personalized care that integrates lifestyle improvements and evidence-based medical treatment.

A North Texas native, Dr. Cheung earned her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Southern California. It was during this time that she developed her commitment to whole-person care and saw the difference it can make in the lives of women and families.

Outside of her work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and children.

Dr. Trish Rawicki
Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician, Functional Medicine

Dr. Rawicki grew up in Northern Virginia and arrived in Dallas to attend University of Dallas, never expecting she would want to stay forever! She now lives down the street from the University, still attending mass at its church and serving in its marriage-preparation ministry. After earning her degree in biology from University of Dallas, she graduated with honors from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and completed her residency in Family Medicine at JPS Hospital in Fort Worth.

Following residency, Dr. Rawicki continued at JPS as a faculty and attending physician, working with resident physicians to care for both seriously ill patients in the hospital and needy families in an outpatient medical clinic. Dr. Rawicki's primary interest grew to being restorative health and fertility, so she developed and trained her specialty with courses in NaPro, FEMM, and functional medicine, and has successfully treated numerous women in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Dr. Rawicki recognizes the deep connection between your lifestyle, hormones, and mental health, and knows we often need to address all of them to reverse disease and improve wellness. She takes a root-cause, integrative approach, identifying the underlying issues through testing and using pharmaceuticals when necessary, all with the goal of restoring health.

Dr. Rawicki focuses on addressing:

  • Fertility concerns for women and men
  • Restorative reproductive care
  • Metabolic health
  • Digestive-system health
  • Thyroid management

When not assisting patients, Dr. Rawicki enjoys time with her five young children, jogging, cooking, reading, and walks with her husband to their nearby lakes and restaurants.

Dr. Craig Turczynski, PhD
Reproductive Physiologist and Andrologist

Dr. Craig Turczynski was born in the Midwest, raised on a farm in Iowa, and now resides on a small Texas farm North of Dallas. He completed a B.S in Animal Science at Iowa State University, a Ph.D. in Physiology of Reproduction at Texas A&M University, and a post-doctoral fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at the Women’s Research Institute in Wichita, KS. He went on to become an Assistant Professor of ObGyn at Louisiana State University Medical School-Shreveport where he was a certified laboratory director and ran a completely accredited hormone, andrology, and IVF laboratory. After 7 years he left the IVF field, due to conflicts with the aggressive use of the technology and his renewed Catholic faith, informed by natural law.

After leaving the conventional IVF field, he trained in restorative reproductive medicine including the Creighton Model, Billings Ovulation Method, FEMM and NeoFertility. He also completed a certification in health care ethics from the National Catholic Bioethics Center and re-certification training in andrology from the American Association of Bioanalysts. He teaches internationally and has written for organizations like Charlotte Lozier Institute and The Heritage Foundation. He has a passion for research in areas of reproductive physiology that have been ignored or forgotten.

Married to an immigrant from Mexico since 1989, they have 3 children and 3 grandchildren who live in DFW, and they live on a small farm in North Texas where they enjoy the culinary experience and health benefits of producing farm to table food. Craig believes in the intersection of virtue and science and seeks to help diagnose the root cause of reproductive deficiencies and develop new therapeutic cures.
