Lab Work
Pap smears, blood tests, nasal swabs, endometrial biopsies, genetic screenings, and other samples may be sent to an outside laboratory for analysis. We offer Path Advantage space in our clinic as an added convenience to patients, though we also use LabCorp as an outside laboratory partner.
Insurance
Pearl Health is contracted with most major insurances. Pearl does extend a significant self-pay and Health share-plan discount on services to assist you as you pay for medical care. The list is not limited to these below, but includes:
Insurance & Billing
PAYMENT
- Please call our office at 214-307-7799 to pay after booking your class.
- Payment is due at the time of scheduling the intro session.
BILLING YOUR INSURANCE
We can bill your insurance company for charting services with one exception: intro sessions must be paid in full.
- If your insurance company considers this a “covered service”, the additional fees will be applied to your deductible (which means you may or may not have to pay, depending on if you have met your deductible or not).
- If your insurance company declines these services and/or considers them a “non-covered service,” you will be financially responsible.
